This release focuses on how vendors and merchants communicate, how teams share control, and how reliably the platform handles money and credentials behind the scenes.
Vendors can now raise support tickets with threaded replies and admin-configurable categories, while admins work them through a queue with status tracking, audit trails, and unread counts on both sides. It arrives with the platform’s first in-app notification bell, which order notifications now use as well. Team members can be granted full access with a single flag, and twenty-four settings permissions that were previously ungrantable have been added to the catalogue.
This release also adds an affiliate program powered by Partnero, pre-order balance payments through any gateway the customer chooses, vendor registration inside the dashboard, a redesigned Media Library, inline renaming for builder layers, theme usage counts, and thirteen more App API read routes.
Beyond the new features, we’ve shipped a broad set of improvements and fixes across billing, invoicing, shipping, returns, onboarding, localisation, and platform security.
Here’s what’s new in FlyCommerce v3.0.1.
What’s New
- Vendor Support Tickets. Vendors can raise tickets with threaded replies and categories you configure, while admins work through a dedicated queue with status tracking, an audit trail, and unread counts for both sides. Email notifications fire on all five ticket events.
- In-App Notifications. FlyCommerce now includes a notification bell in the dashboard. Support tickets use it, and order notifications have moved across to it as well.
- Team Member Full Access. Grant a team member complete access with a single flag, shown separately from the permission list and revocable at any time. The permission catalogue also gains twenty-four settings permissions that could not previously be granted.
- Affiliate Program. Merchants can join an affiliate program powered by Partnero in one click, with commission, currency, tracking window, and portal link all read live from the program.
- Flexible Pre-Order Balance Payments. Customers can settle a pre-order balance using any available payment method, charged through the gateway they choose rather than the one used for the deposit.
- Vendor Registration in the Dashboard. Vendor signup now lives at /vendor/register on the same responsive authentication shell as login.
- Media Library Redesign. A reworked upload modal, cropper, tile view, details pane, usage tab, and date filter make managing media faster and clearer.
- Theme Usage Counts. Nova now shows how many stores use each theme, and the Popular sort works for the first time.
- Renameable Builder Layers. Layers can be renamed inline, so a page built from identical container rows stays navigable.
- App API Expansion. Thirteen new read routes mapped to shipping.read, vendors.read, and content.read, with six unused scopes removed.
Enhancements
- Clearer Onboarding Completion. The completion screen now names the destination correctly, and the exit choice is tracked.
- Vendor Allowance Visibility. Vendor allowance and usage now appear across the billing details payload.
- Smarter Invoice Export. Export now honours the list’s status filter and search, keeps voided invoices, and generates up to twenty missing PDFs with a skipped count.
- Safer Preset Pushes. Pushing a shipping preset update keeps the vendor’s renamed copy and reports a combined diverged count.
- Immediate Override Warnings. Saving vendor shipping settings now echoes the marketplace fulfillment policy, so the override warning appears without a reload.
- Confirmed Carrier URL Rotation. Rotating a carrier callback URL now asks for confirmation and warns when a carrier needs manual re-registration.
- More Accessible Dialogs. Invoice dialogs, bulk-delete dialogs, and the shared confirm modal now expose titles and descriptions to screen readers.
- 3DS Confirmation Emails On by Default. Payment confirmation emails for 3DS transactions are now enabled out of the box.
- Session Replay on Custom Domains. Custom domains now each get their own analytics proxy, with existing domains healed automatically.
- Automatic Reinstatement. A suspended tenant regains access automatically on payment, and churn is now visible in reporting.
- Turkish Translation Review. A full review pass across dashboard and storefront.
- Broader Localisation. Error pages, delivery screens, invoicing settings, and dispatch help text are now translated.
- Quieter Logging. Unknown-tenant lookups log at warning rather than error, and content service no longer emits debug logging in production.
Bug Fixes
- Protected Store Management. Renaming or deleting a store now requires the correct permissions.
- Secured Carrier Credentials. Carrier API keys, OAuth tokens, and webhook secrets are no longer returned in vendor or admin settings responses.
- Reliable Queued Work. Queued invoice, PDF, and image jobs now run correctly, having previously failed on missing extensions while the same code succeeded when run manually.
- Onboarding Keeps Your Work. The survey step no longer overwrites the record or discards the AI-generated description, and Skip now persists correctly.
- Mobile Onboarding. The onboarding wizard and authentication screens now work at mobile widths, and merchants in Egypt can complete signup without a postcode.
- Address Entry Without Google Places. A rejected Places key no longer blocks onboarding, and the address field stays usable.
- Translated Onboarding. Step three of the wizard is now translated, including in English.
- No More Login Loops. Admin and vendor login no longer cycles between the dashboard and login page when a session is only partly persisted.
- Correct Billing Under Failure. One failing tenant no longer aborts commission for every tenant, a failed usage request is no longer recorded as zero, and a cancelled subscription’s companion usage row is cancelled with it.
- Trials Survive Unpaid Checkouts. Stores activate on first payment, so an abandoned payment can no longer suspend a store the day after signup.
- Correct Checkout Retries. Retrying within twenty-three hours is no longer treated as a returning subscriber, so the intro coupon still applies and the purchase is reported as a conversion.
- Working Trial Extension. Extend My Trial now moves the trial end date, and opening the plan-switch dialog no longer removes a forever coupon.
- Free Plan Downgrades. Switching to the free plan completes correctly and cancels the previous subscription at the gateway.
- Clearer Cancelled Plan Status. A cancelled plan now shows Access Until with its date, rather than an empty Next Billing Cycle field.
- Clean Vendor Subscription Expiry. Expiry deactivates cleanly and announces once, and a vendor who renews has their catalog taken off hold.
- Idempotent Payment Recording. Payments record once, and a webhook cannot extend a recorded end date beyond the plan term.
- Graceful Stripe Errors. A Stripe settlement without a charge now returns a payment error rather than a server error.
- No Duplicate Shipping Profiles. Double-clicking Save no longer creates a duplicate profile or doubles the rates customers are charged.
- Consistent Preset Locking. A marketplace lock on an adopted shipping preset now propagates in both directions, and a locked copy cannot be deleted to escape it.
- No Duplicate Returns. Double-clicking Submit no longer creates two return requests, and completion cannot restock more than was sold.
- Recoverable Return Form. Correcting a validation error and resubmitting now fires the request instead of requiring a reload.
- Clearer Refund Errors. The refund dialog clears each error against the field it belongs to.
- Visible Shipment Refusals. A shipment refused with a message-only response now shows the reason.
- Current Invoice Settings. Invoices regenerate under current settings rather than those captured when first issued.
- Quieter Stale-Invoice Notices. The notice stays hidden until a refund actually settles.
- Correct Invoice Tax Totals. Shipping tax is added only to cover a shortfall, capped at the order’s shipping tax.
- Self-Healing Invoice Generation. A paid order no longer sits on a Payment Pending invoice.
- Regenerable Credit Notes. A credit note left without a document can be regenerated, in both places credit notes appear.
- Digital Product Pages for Guests. Digital product pages now render for logged-out shoppers, restoring vendor, media, and SEO data.
- Cleaner Delivery Settings. Admin pages no longer error when the delivery feature is switched off.
- Ticket Status Protection. A suspended vendor can no longer change a ticket’s status.
- Grantable Abuse Reports. The Abuse Reports permission can now be granted to a non-owner admin.
- Accurate Purchase Analytics. A purchase is reported once per order, so reloading the confirmation page no longer inflates analytics.
- Pre-Orders on Test Gateways. A pre-order balance can be paid with a test gateway.
- Right-to-Left Login. Login renders correctly in Arabic on both dashboard and storefront.
- Storefront Preview Stability. The preview renders when no tenant is resolved instead of erroring.
- Correct Tax-Exemption Labels. The tax-exemption locale key now resolves instead of rendering raw.
- Tidier Order Actions. The Action dropdown is hidden when it has no entries.
- Clearer Collection Conditions. Condition errors appear under Add Condition, and the match-type panel stays hidden until two conditions exist.
- Correct Attachment Messaging. Non-image attachments no longer show image-only copy in CSV import and media.
- Single SSO Greeting. Arriving through SSO shows the login greeting once.
- Accurate Fulfillment Counter. The counter now counts shipped items.
- Stable Default Fulfillment. The default fulfillment method no longer changes silently, and is restored when re-enabled.
- Readable Order Timeline. One line per status change, with human labels instead of raw tokens.
- Removable Driver Assignments. A driver’s last assigned store can now be removed.
- Complete Dashboard Translations. Missing keys added across thirteen locales, and export labels no longer resolve before translations load.
- Working Privacy Link. The vendor signup privacy link now renders and resolves.
