How it works
From sign-up to managed vendor
Invite vendors to apply
Add a "Become a Vendor" page and design it in the page builder to match your brand. Vendors sign up at /vendor/register.
Choose what vendors must provide
Decide which registration fields are required. All fields are off by default, so you collect only what you need.
Vendors submit their details
Vendors add company information and store address, verify their email and contact details, and upload a National ID, passport or driver's license, plus bank information.
Vendors pick a plan you create
You create free or paid subscription plans. Each plan sets the vendor commission (flat or category-based) and what vendors can do, such as product limits, coupons, staff and SEO.
Review and manage each vendor
In the Vendor section, filter vendors, open a profile, and edit general details, subscription, address and social profiles. You check vendor verification documents from the same profile.
Clean up unfinished sign-ups
Find vendors who never completed onboarding or listed products, and remove them in bulk after a 72-hour notice window.

You do. As the marketplace owner, you set a flat or category-based vendor commission in each subscription plan. This is separate from the 0% FlyCommerce commission and from payment-provider fees.
Vendors upload a National ID, passport or driver's license during sign-up. You review these vendor verification documents in the vendor's profile and verify them there.
Yes. You can create free or paid subscription plans. Vendors on a free plan skip the payment step when they sign up.
Yes. The vendor details view shows commission rates and an earnings breakdown.
Vendor earnings, commissions, refunds and payouts are calculated together in the Ledgerbook. Payouts are covered on their own page.
