FlyCommerce Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: September 21, 2026

Welcome to the FlyCommerce Affiliate Program.

These Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the FlyCommerce Affiliate Program (“Program”), operated by FlyCommerce (“FlyCommerce,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). The Program allows eligible affiliates to earn commissions by referring new paying customers to FlyCommerce.

By registering for or participating in the Program, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before promoting FlyCommerce.

1. Joining the Affiliate Program

You can apply to join the Program through our official affiliate portal at flycommerce.partneroapp.com.

You must provide accurate and current information when registering. If you apply on behalf of a business or organization, you confirm that you are authorized to act on its behalf.

We may review applications and request information about your website, audience, promotional channels, or intended marketing activities. We may decline an application where the applicant does not meet the Program’s requirements or where the proposed activities could mislead customers, violate applicable law, or harm the FlyCommerce brand.

Once your participation is approved, you can access your affiliate dashboard and unique referral link.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and your affiliate and payment information up to date.

2. How the Program Works

As a FlyCommerce affiliate, you promote our Online Store and Multi-Vendor Marketplace solutions using your unique referral link.

When someone follows your link, creates a FlyCommerce account, and becomes a qualifying paying customer, you may earn commissions on that customer’s eligible FlyCommerce subscription payments.

Your affiliate dashboard allows you to access your referral link and review recorded referral activity, commissions, and payout information.

Participation in the Program does not guarantee referrals, sales, commissions, or a particular level of earnings.

3. Qualified Referrals

A qualified referral is a new FlyCommerce customer who is validly attributed to your affiliate account and makes an eligible subscription payment successfully collected by FlyCommerce.

A website visit, account registration, or free trial alone does not generate a commission.

The following do not qualify for commissions: self-referrals; fraudulent, duplicate, or artificial accounts; existing customers who are not eligible as new referrals; transactions that are not validly attributed to your affiliate account; and payments that are refunded, reversed, or otherwise disqualified under these Terms.

We may review referral activity and request relevant information where necessary to verify that a referral is genuine.

4. Referral Tracking and Attribution

You must use your unique affiliate referral link when promoting FlyCommerce.

Referral attribution is determined by the Program’s tracking system and the applicable tracking settings communicated through the affiliate portal.

A prospect must create their FlyCommerce account within the applicable click-to-signup tracking window for the referral to be recorded.

When a valid referral is associated with a customer’s account at signup, that association is used to attribute the customer’s subsequent eligible subscription payments during the qualifying commission period. The original click-tracking window does not need to remain active throughout the customer’s free trial or subscription.

If a prospect interacts with links from more than one affiliate before signing up, attribution is determined by the Program’s applicable tracking rules and the referral recorded for that customer.

You must not interfere with referral tracking, manipulate browser cookies, force clicks, or use other methods designed to claim credit for referrals you did not genuinely generate.

If you believe a referral was recorded incorrectly, contact us with the relevant information so we can review the issue.

5. Commission Rate

The standard FlyCommerce Affiliate Program commission rate is 20% of eligible subscription payments.

Commissions apply to qualifying FlyCommerce Online Store and Multi-Vendor Marketplace subscription payments.

Your commission is calculated using the amount actually collected for each eligible subscription charge, rather than the subscription’s advertised price.

Eligible charges can include introductory subscription payments, regular monthly or annual subscription payments, qualifying renewals, and eligible prorated charges resulting from subscription changes.

If a referred customer pays a promotional price, your commission is calculated on that promotional payment. You do not earn a commission based on the regular plan price until that price is actually charged and collected.

Commissions are recorded and administered through the Program’s affiliate tracking and payout system.

6. Recurring Commission Period

You may earn commissions on eligible subscription payments from a qualified referred customer for up to 12 months.

The 12-month period begins on the date FlyCommerce successfully collects that customer’s first qualifying subscription payment.

Where a customer receives an introductory $1 subscription offer, the successful $1 payment starts the commission period. A preceding free trial does not start the commission period and does not generate a commission.

During the 12-month period, you can continue earning commissions on eligible subscription payments actually collected from that customer.

The number and value of commissionable payments depend on the customer’s billing cycle, subscription status, payment history, and the timing of charges within the qualifying period.

For example, a customer on a monthly plan may generate multiple qualifying charges during the period, while a customer on an annual plan may generate fewer charges. Neither arrangement guarantees a particular number of payments or a fixed commission amount.

Subscription payments collected after the customer’s 12-month commission period has ended do not qualify for further commissions under the standard Program.

7. Payments That Do Not Qualify for Commission

Affiliate commissions apply to eligible FlyCommerce subscription payments only.

You do not earn commissions on sales generated through a referred customer’s online store or multi-vendor marketplace, the total value of products or services sold by that business, or FlyCommerce’s revenue-share charges associated with the customer’s sales.

You also do not earn commissions on payments made by shoppers through the customer’s storefront or marketplace payment gateways.

Free trials, unpaid invoices, failed payments, refunded charges, reversed transactions, and fraudulent payments do not qualify for commission.

In short, your commission is based on qualifying payments the referred customer makes to FlyCommerce for their subscription, not on the revenue they earn through their own business.

8. Refunds, Cancellations, and Commission Adjustments

Commissions are earned on eligible subscription payments successfully collected and retained by FlyCommerce.

If a qualifying payment is refunded, reversed, charged back, or later determined to be invalid, the related commission may be cancelled or reversed.

If the corresponding commission has already been paid, we may recover that amount through a deduction from future eligible commissions or another lawful recovery method communicated to you.

If a referred customer cancels their subscription, you will not earn commissions on future subscription payments that are not collected.

Cancellation alone does not automatically invalidate a commission legitimately earned on an earlier subscription payment that FlyCommerce has retained.

We may review and adjust commissions where necessary to correct tracking errors, duplicate transactions, or invalid referrals.

9. Commission Verification and Payouts

You can review your recorded commissions and payout information through your affiliate dashboard.

Commissions may be subject to verification before becoming available for payment. A commission displayed in your dashboard is not necessarily immediately payable.

The applicable minimum payout amount, available payment methods, payout requirements, and payment arrangements are those published for the FlyCommerce Affiliate Program in your affiliate portal. Please review these requirements before participating in the Program.

You are responsible for providing accurate payment information and any documents reasonably required to process your payouts.

A payout may be delayed if your account has not met the applicable payment requirements, your payout details are incomplete, a related transaction is under review, or payment cannot lawfully or technically be processed.

We will review reported payout errors and make corrections where an eligible commission has been incorrectly recorded or withheld.

If you have questions about your payout status or believe an eligible commission is missing, contact us at support@flycommerce.com with the relevant details.

10. Permitted Promotional Activities

You may promote FlyCommerce through genuine recommendations and useful content that helps your audience understand our products.

Permitted activities include original blog posts, tutorials, product reviews, comparisons, educational videos, webinars, and promotion through your own websites or social media channels.

You may also share your referral link through permission-based newsletters and relevant communities where affiliate promotion is allowed.

You may use approved FlyCommerce promotional materials and brand assets for the purpose of participating in the Program.

All promotional content must accurately describe FlyCommerce’s current features, pricing, offers, and capabilities.

You are responsible for complying with applicable advertising laws and the rules of the platforms on which you publish.

11. Prohibited Promotional Activities

To protect customers, affiliates, and the FlyCommerce brand, you must not engage in the following activities.

  • Spam or deceptive promotion. Do not send unsolicited bulk messages, publish spam, use misleading redirects, or generate traffic through deceptive or unlawful methods.
  • False or misleading claims. Do not misrepresent FlyCommerce’s products, features, pricing, offers, or performance. Do not promise guaranteed business results or guaranteed affiliate earnings.
  • Self-referrals or fraudulent transactions. Do not use your referral link to earn commissions on your own subscription. Do not create duplicate accounts, arrange artificial purchases, use another identity, or otherwise manipulate the Program to generate commissions.
  • Tracking manipulation. Do not use cookie stuffing, forced clicks, bots, hidden redirects, unauthorized tracking methods, or other techniques intended to claim referral credit improperly.
  • Impersonation. Do not present yourself as a FlyCommerce employee, official representative, or authorized support provider unless we have separately authorized you to act in that capacity.
  • Misuse of branding. Do not create websites, social media accounts, advertisements, or other materials that could reasonably be mistaken for official FlyCommerce channels.
  • Unauthorized discounts and offers. Do not advertise invented coupon codes, expired promotions, cashback offers, or discounts that FlyCommerce has not authorized.
  • Coupon and deal websites. Promotion through coupon, deal, or discount-aggregation websites requires prior written approval from FlyCommerce.
  • Paid advertising and trademark bidding. Do not bid on FlyCommerce trademarks, branded search terms, or confusingly similar variations without prior written approval. Other paid advertising that uses affiliate links or FlyCommerce branding also requires prior written approval.

We may reject or reverse commissions generated through prohibited activities and suspend or terminate accounts involved in serious or repeated violations.

12. Affiliate Disclosures

You must clearly disclose your affiliate relationship whenever you recommend FlyCommerce in content where you may earn a commission.

Your disclosure must be easy for your audience to notice and understand and should appear close to the relevant recommendation or affiliate link.

For example, you may state:

“I may earn a commission if you purchase FlyCommerce through my link.”

You must also follow any additional disclosure requirements applicable to your location, audience, or promotional channel.

Your reviews and recommendations must reflect your genuine opinions and must not include claims you cannot substantiate.

13. FlyCommerce Brand Assets and Intellectual Property

FlyCommerce may make logos, banners, graphics, product information, and other promotional materials available for use by affiliates.

While you remain an authorized affiliate, you may use approved materials solely to promote FlyCommerce in accordance with these Terms and our applicable brand guidelines.

This permission is limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable.

You must not register domains, business names, or social media accounts that impersonate FlyCommerce or suggest an official relationship beyond your status as an affiliate.

All rights in FlyCommerce’s trademarks, logos, product names, and other proprietary materials remain with their respective owners.

You must stop using our affiliate promotional materials if your participation in the Program ends or if we withdraw permission to use a particular asset.

14. Affiliate Responsibilities

You are responsible for your promotional activities, marketing expenses, published content, audience communications, and compliance with applicable laws.

You are responsible for any taxes, filings, or reporting obligations associated with your affiliate earnings, subject to applicable law.

You must keep your affiliate account information accurate and respond to reasonable requests for information needed to verify referrals or process payments.

Participation in the Program does not create an employment, agency, franchise, or legal partnership relationship between you and FlyCommerce.

You are not authorized to enter into agreements, make binding commitments, accept payments, or provide support commitments on behalf of FlyCommerce.

15. Privacy and Data Protection

The Program uses referral tracking and affiliate account information to administer referrals, commissions, and payouts.

We handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

You must handle any personal information you collect through your own marketing activities lawfully and responsibly.

You must not access, disclose, sell, or misuse confidential FlyCommerce customer information or attempt to obtain information about referred customers beyond what is made available to you through the affiliate portal.

16. Suspension and Termination

We may review affiliate accounts, referrals, and promotional activity to verify compliance with these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your participation if you engage in fraud, manipulate attribution, misrepresent FlyCommerce, violate applicable law, or materially breach these Terms.

Where appropriate, we may request that you correct or remove non-compliant promotional content.

You may stop participating in the Program at any time by contacting us.

After your participation ends, you must stop presenting yourself as a current FlyCommerce affiliate and stop using referral links and promotional materials associated with the Program.

Commissions connected to fraudulent, refunded, reversed, or otherwise disqualified transactions may be withheld or reversed.

Legitimately earned commissions from eligible payments collected before termination remain subject to verification, applicable adjustments, and the Program’s payout requirements.

Unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing, termination ends your eligibility to earn commissions on subscription payments collected after your participation ends.

17. Changes to the Program or These Terms

We may update these Terms or change Program features, eligibility requirements, commission arrangements, or promotional rules.

We will communicate material changes through the affiliate portal, email, or another appropriate official channel.

Changes will not retroactively invalidate commissions legitimately earned on eligible payments collected before the change takes effect.

If you do not agree to updated Terms, you may stop participating in the Program. Continued participation after the effective date of an update constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by applicable law.

18. No Guarantee of Earnings or Uninterrupted Service

Your earnings depend on qualifying referrals and eligible subscription payments actually collected.

We do not guarantee a particular number of referrals, customer conversions, subscription renewals, or commission payments.

We aim to operate accurate and reliable referral tracking and reporting, but technical interruptions or errors may occur. If you report a suspected error, we will review the available records and correct confirmed inaccuracies.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

19. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Subject to any mandatory rights available under applicable law, disputes arising from these Terms or participation in the Program will be brought before the competent courts of Delaware.

Before starting formal proceedings, we encourage you to contact us so that we can review and attempt to resolve your concern.
