Find it fast
Open Orders, then All Orders, and filter by Completed, Processing, Pending, Failed, Canceled, or Refunded.
Charge the order
Select Charge Order and choose the payment method to accept it. You can also put an order on hold, cancel it, or delete it.
Create the shipment
Choose the items to ship, the shipping status, the carrier, and the tracking number. Split shipments show progress for each parcel.
Tracking stays current
Carrier updates arrive automatically, with a fallback check every 15 minutes when an update is missed.
Invoice and keep the customer posted
Generate invoices with QR codes that open a login-free order tracking page. Order emails, and optional WhatsApp updates, tell customers what changed.
